Telesphoros' List - Morrowind Expanded
Ald Vendras/Vogar Complete V2 Moved by Centurion
This version was created with the intention to reach combatibility with The White Wolf of LoKKen Mountain, Inn of the Whispering Wood and Balmora Expansion... Centuries ago, this isle was used by Pirates as a hideout and as a base for their enterprises. But the location was betrayed and the Redoran decided at once to make piracy an end. The ruins left by this battle can still be seen. Nowadays this idyllic isle has been chosen by the Redoran-Archmaster as a place for his Summer-Residence and the Fighters-Guild decided to install a castle for their Master on the eastside of the isle. On "Ald-Vendras West" you can find a small village called "Tranthor" and at the north-east of Ald-Vendras "Vogar" (done by Lucan). Most parts of the isle have been left abondoned and there is nothing remarkable else known... but this fact might be the right reason to choose this place as your own home. There could also be some treasure left by the pirates.
Altmer Town by PirateLord
A nice new little town near Pelagiad and Lake Amaya, specially designed for Altmers (lack of in Morrowind). Features new buildings, a "new" armor set, and a mini quest (which can gain a house for you). An add-on esp is also available.
Annastia by Patrograd
Requires Tribunal & Bloodmoon
Annastia is a largish landmass, situated about 20 cells to the South of Vivec. This is an adaptation of the Fighting Fantasy books of Steve Jakson and Ian Livingstone, which were popular during the early 1980's and are making something of a comeback at present. To date, three FF stories have been adapted for Morrowind: DeathTrap Dungeon, City of Thieves, & The Warlock of Firetop Mountain. All three quests are included in the esp.
Balmora Expansion by Gorg, CanadianIce, Jeremy McGuinn, and others.
Requires Tribunal
Balmora expansion combines over 40 existing well known mods that affect or add to Balmora and the surrounding area. It creates tons of new material and models, adds cohesive dialogue and interaction between the old and new, adds quests, dungeons, houses that can be earned and ties it all together is a tight knit progressive story. The neat part is that none of the original town statics or interior cells were touched so any mods that only add to the original Balmora and doesn't effect landscape still works as do all mods that added stuff to the inside of existing stores. Jeremy and CanadianIce created new stores just for this mod, selling new items. Completely expands one of the most "popular" towns.
Better Caldera by Loki the Grouch
Requires Bloodmoon
Drastically changes Caldera, making it far more realistic, in the author's opinion. There are simply too many changes to list each one individually, but a summary of the changes include: a home for the player in the center of Caldera, a barracks for the local Imperial Legion, a dramatically improved Shenk's Shovel, hundreds of new statics to add character to Caldera, minor changes to several homes and shops, a new trader, plus a few odds and ends that the player will have to find for himself. Incompatible with Caldera Expansion & Indy Bank of Vvardenfell.
Beyond YsGramor by Miles Acraeus
Patch available here
Reqires Tribunal & Bloodmoon
Adds a new faction to Morrowind- the Windhelm Oddfellows, and 23 quests (8 side quests with various requirements, and 15 'main quests'). This mod was designed for the experienced MW adventurer, and the enemies you encounter will be tough at the min. level. I've used the leveled lists as much as possible, but because of unique situations involving quests, expect the unexpected. There are dozens of clues around cities (NPCs, notes, latest rumors, etc.) which will get you started on your way. If you have any problems finding Windhelm, please use the readme for details. This is an ESM version which most importantly removes the conflict with The Black Mill.
Booty Island by JOG
Reqires Tribunal & Bloodmoon
Piracy along Vvardenfell's eastern coast is about to become a problem for the empire. Socucius Ergalla, of the census and excise office in Seyda Neen, calls for the player to infiltrate the pirates, and find out where they get their information about the imperial shipping routes. Intended player level 15+. Other plugins recommended (supported but not required): Illuminated Order, Haldenshore, Havish.

Korobal Island by Korobal Mod Team
Requires Tribunal
Korobal Island is a forgotten island northeast of Sadrith Mora. Gah'Ruhn, a prized Indoril Military Base was located there. The Indoril Army chose the location due to the inaccessibility of the island. It is completely surrounded by high mountains, except for one narrow inlet. The inlet is lined with razor-sharp rocks that keep ships from entering. Features- 2 new islands built on 50 exterior cells, 170 new interior cells, 45 quests, 344 NPCs, & a large amount of dialog and journal entries to support all of the quests.
ModTown 2004 by Morrowind Modding Community
A community project developed by members of the Morrowind Modding Community from the Elder Scrolls Mods Forum. It is an island with a town including houses and shops of participating members. It has been an opportunity for modders to have their in game avatars talk about their mods and modding. It was developed with the rule of "Morrowind only dependency with no new meshes or textures" to demonstrate what can be done with Morrowind "straight out of the box" and to keep the file size as small as possible. It is in a very real sense, a yearbook snapshot demonstrating the talent of many fine modders who love this game. It has been playtested to perfection and is completely bug free. Also included is a set of almost 60 books entitled "Modder's Histories" that is a collection of posts from the Official Forum by several modders who talk about modding for Morrowind. There is a main quest and other smaller ones.
New Evermore by Xanondorf
Requires Tribunal
The Bretons have arrived in Vvardenfell, with a small settlement in the West Gash region. There's a nice castle for you to explore and some some poor residents around it. You can find Pilgrims, Travelers, Knights, Crusaders, Guards, Commoners etc.
Stanegau Isle by Phil Allison
A new village on its own island. Tied into the tavern keeper is a quest which leads the player through a myriad of small/medium sized dungeons in order to prove him/herself worthy to help in overcoming an evil necromancer who has set up residence in a hidden family's refuge.
Suran Extended Gold (Full Version) Or (Modular Version for dial-up users) by Princess Stomper

Suran Underworld by Matthew
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Adds an extensive underworld to Suran which can be found underneath the city. Just look for a couple of trap doors one in the basement of the Suran Temple, the other in a storage room in the guard tower near the silt strider port. There is a criminal organization called the BloodFang Tong which, through the course of 20 quests, you may rise to lead. This mod also delves into the mystery of the ring, Aktheron, which the player will acquire during the course of a Tong quest. Solving the riddle of the ring involves an in-depth quest roughly the equivalent of 5 Faction type quests, and the player may find themselves in possession of an expandable castle complex once the current owner is dispatched. This mod is recommended for 20th level (30th level is better) since the BloodFang Tong difficulty level is on par with Tribunal, and the Aktheron difficulty level is on par with Bloodmoon. Keep in mind that the BloodFang Tong is a criminal organization. You are not going to find much in the way of Robin Hood quests, just the normal run of the mill extortion, murder, revenge, and theft type quests. Paladins will probably have some difficulty rationalizing this one. Through the course of the Tong quests the player will acquire a residence which is expandable. This residence reflects Matthew's own preference for comfort and elegance rather than huge and ostentatious. For those with more grandiose tastes there is an expandable castle complex that can be acquired during the Aktheron quest. This mod is vampire friendly. Matthew is not particularly a vampire fan, but due to the way the BloodFang Tong is organized it seemed logical to allow vampires to play through. You'll see what he means almost immediately.
TarMar by Ravensong
Requires Tribunal
TarMar is an impregnable fortress tucked away in the Sheogorad Region. It has a quaint little village that's peaceful, beautiful and prosperous within its walls. So peaceful that it is the Emperors favorite resort. But all is not well in TarMar. There is a scandal brewing and you have been recruited by the Imperial Court to investigate this matter. Don't press your Caps Lock key yet! TarMar is not that easy to access, and you'll have to find out how to get in.
The Black Mill by Bilbo Willowtree
Requires Tribunal
Anxiety has risen amongst the highest ranks of the Temple, for their spies reported the coming of a new Special Agent of the Emperor to Vvardenfell - another Stranger with no known lineage. Even the Temple's Inquisition, focused on rumors about the return of an ancient evil, turned its gaze towards this newcomer, and summoned its trackers to find the Imperial Special Agent who came before in a similar way - you. Informed that you were on your way to the small seaside town of Seyda Neen, an Inquisitor with two Ordinators journeyed by Silt Strider to meet you there. The Black Mill is designed to be played with a more developed character, an estimate is that your character needs at least have reached level 25 to be able to complete the main quest. And even then you'll find a lot of challenges. Screenshots
The Goblin Lab by Timpy
Requires Tribunal
Discover 6 cities (4 above the ground, 2 underground) spread across 3 new regions (Ald Khaj Desert, West Abiding, & Ficklemountain). The land size is over 120 large exterior cells. All new, retextured cities inhabited by 150 different NPCs. Also includes a 10-15 hour main quest and 18 sub quests (including 2 large ones), and several mini-games like guar racing, reaction testers, witchhunting, and so on. There's even a new judgement system for those who misbehave in Abiding and the rest of the world. Who knows if you may control the new magic effects which let you shrink to a tiny size, take off an enemy's clothes and armor, and let you see through walls. Discover Abiding in all it's glory, from the rocky desert of the Ald Khaj to the underground of Khen'Dur... Screenshots
The Way of the Talon by Sabregirl
Requires Tribunal & Bloodmoon
What would happen if a new and strange race suddenly appeared in Morrowind? The way of the Talon quest mod is about the pharlan race and how they interact with the people and factions already in Morrowind. The mod contains its own lore as well as melding into existing lore. Contains all three of Sabregirl's pharlan races as NPCs. Some of the other features include a splitting main quest (with evil and good sides), puzzles, nasty baddies to beat up, several companions (love interests for pharlan characters), companion friendly transport system (covers both expansions), 3 new sets of armor with boots for beasts AND humans, several houses available for the PC from huge to small, lots of side quests, partial faction quest and faction subquest for very noble/good/paladin characters, beast versions (ankles only) of virtually all the standard armors, new Better Bodies 2 compatible clothing, and a floating town with new shops, taverns, hostel, temple, visitors center and fort. The mod is also Vampire friendly - except for the faction quests.
Veldion, Quest for a King by FlyTSI
Required Support Files & Optional Music Pack
Requires Tribunal OR Bloodmoon
Embark in an epic quest to find the missing king. Your travels will take you through some supposedly abandoned mines, the West Labyrinth (a large maze like dungeon), the Catacombs where you will find some very tough fights and several other interesting areas. You will experience never seen before architecture ranging from a medieval cathedral to a castle with a functional drawbridge. With the optional music pack you can hear some great music composed by Intelligentsia and Xill from the WI Team.
Vivec Expansion by Hoghead the Horrible
Adds a lot of new architecture to the exterior cells in Vivec. The aim was to put the grit back into city life. While this mod includes a very high level of attention to detail, it is not for those who want majestic new buildings, etc.
White Wolf of Lokken Mountain by Emma
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
A large and engaging quest mod involving a White Wolf, taking place on Lokken Island, made by Teutonic. Lokken Island is an [enchanting island, with a charming village and a large castle that you may very well be able to consider as your "new home" once the storyline is completed .Includes a main quest with around 20 hours of playtime, as well as several side quests, many of them initiated only after the main quest is completed and based on random100. This way, you should be able to run into new situations and interact with the NPCs on the island for a very long time. Help Borka to test new local mead, run errands for Granny Torunn, take care of domestic problems in the castle, etc. There is also the opportunity for friendship, romance, and even an optional wedding for both genders. There are 96 new NPCs, all with new dialog, and 46 with new heads by Emma. There are over 400 pages of new dialog. Throughout the quests, you can find 4-5 optional companions using scripts by The Other Fix. This mod is designed as a quest mod, not a companion quest mod. You do not "have to" "drag" a companion along with you, as in some of Emma's previous mods. But, once you have completed the main quest, some of the NPCs will be happy to follow you on your adventures, if you want them to. There are many addons for White Wolf of Lokken Mountain available at Emma's site, ranging from NOM compatability, to Children of Morrowind additions, to a Christmas addon.
