Morroblivion by Galadrielle
Requires The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion by Bethesda Softworks
A conversion utility that converts the Morrowind game engine to the Oblivion one. It is not officially available on any major game sites due to a request by Bethesda Softworks. There is an issue with the third-party content that Bethesda Softworks licensed for use in Morrowind and Oblivion. Namely, the third-party content licensed for use in Morrowind is not licensed for use in Oblivion and vice versa. Conversion of material from Morrowind to Oblivion or vice versa technically violates the licensing agreement as importing the third-party content in Morrowind and Oblivion into either game is equivalent to importing game assets from other non-Bethesda games into Morrowind or Oblivion. Failure to enforce the licensing agreement with said third parties would denote negligence on Bethesda's part, which would leave Bethesda open to legal action. Thus, this utility is not available on a widespread basis.
Sword of the Perithia by A Sergoyan
Technically not a TC, but close.
Though Vvardenfell remains on the map, you might as well forget that it is there, for you'll never be going back. Offers a new main quest and storyline. 5 new cities (Balmora sized and bigger), with several new towns and camps. Over 100 new NPCs to interact with. Countless dungeons and interiors to explore. Over 80+ hours reported game time. New monsters with new skins. New weapons and armor. A whole new look and feel. Over 100 new side and misc. quests, not to mention a huge main quest. A much more puzzle based game, similar to the old "Link to the Past, The Legend of Zelda". New classes, and spells. A haunted forest, massive desert, tall mountain peaks, huge waterfalls, raging rivers, magical forests, pirates, and giants, and much, much more!
