Plant and Tree Replacers
Mods that enhance plant and tree graphics by replacing or adding meshes, textures, icons, etc.
Gardeners of Morrowind by Slowride and Black
Work in Progress (Unfinished)
Replaces most of the tree meshes and textures in the Grazelands, Ascadian Isles, and the West Gash regions with meshes and textures that the community has made.
Green Morrowind by Max (Optional: Leafy Morrowind and Forested Morrowind)
Tired of looking at the bleak wastes of the Ashlands? Green Morrowind changes all that by converting the landscape of the Ashlands, Molag Amur, and Red Mountain into verdant greenery teeming with life. Mainly this replaces the dark, grey textures with livelier, green ones, but also adds grass, trees, nice, unsooty rocks and even shrubbery.
Felsaad Revamped by Lochnarus
A combination of three of Lochnarus' previous mods. The first mod is Cliffs of Fjalding, which makes the land directly to the northwest of Lake Fjalding much higher in elevation, and adds new static meshes to creat cliffs along the lakeside. Also adds an icy stream leading into a waterfall over the cliffs. The next mod is Fortified Thirsk, which adds medieval wooden fort walls and new custom Thirsk guards around the original Thirsk buildings, like an old wooden fort. They are meant to give Thirsk more of a guarded feel, and possibly help the player character find shelter from northern beasts a bit more safe and secure. The final mod included is Skaal Forest, which adds twice as many trees to the areas surrounding Skaal Village, making the land tougher to navigate and anticipate dangers.
Flora Glow by Nigedo and Max_AKA_Nobody
Replaces the original Bethesda models for Morrowind's luminous flora with versions of the same models that have been glowmapped, giving each individual plant its own true luminosity. The luminous flora are Luminous Russula, Draggle Tail, and Violet Coprinus.
Forested Morrowind by Max (Optional: Green Morrowind)
Requires Leafy Morrowind
Forested Morrowind picks up where Leafy Morrowind and Green Morrowind left off, adding a large number of trees and several dense forests to Vvardenfell. With vast forests and trees added all over the island, this makes Vvardenfell feel like an entirely different place.
Forests of Vvardenfell by Granarinth
Combines four new tree model / woods placement mods by Dracus, Jdooby, Lady E, Ndib with Ayse's new textures for them and fixes some clipping issues. Also adds a few new things here and there that were not in any of the original mods (check out the road from Seyda Neen to Vivec). You need a fast machine to experience this smoothly? Yup. This mod is complete and ready to go. Screenshots.
Kagz Grass Replacer by Kagz
Download requires forum registration
Three different replacers for grass textures: dark, medium, or light grass.
Leafy Morrowind by Max (Optional: Green Morrowind and Forested Morrowind)
Leafy Morrowind picks up where Green Morrowind left off, replacing nearly all of Morrowind's trees with player-made models. All of the trees and tree-like objects in Vvardenfell have been replaced with player-made models, with the exception of those in the Bitter Coast.
More Trees and Foliage by Skyfire76
Adds new trees (around 820) in different foliage versions (autumn, spring, summer, and some winter). Based on the Japanese FoliageSeason mod.
More Trees and Foliage: New Foliage Textures by Rahuu
Requires More Trees and Foliage
This is an update to More Trees and Foliage by Skyfire76. It adds over 30 higher detail seasonal foliage textures based on the textures from MW Visual Pack 2.2. This is only an update to the texture files, the original mod is unchanged. These new textures can also be used as a modder's resource.
Princess Trees by Princess Stomper
A 'lite' alternative to the popular tree-adding mods. Fewer trees added means hopefully fewer conflicts and a higher FPS rate. Uses Lady Eternity's animated trees.
Seasons by TheLys
Requires Tribunal OR Bloodmoon
Makes weather and trees around Vvardenfell change corresponding to seasons. Wind now depends on season and weather, and trees sway in the wind.
