I just got Morrowind, should I use any mods? If so, which?

You probably shouldn't start out with very many mods. In fact...

The only mod I would recommend getting before playing at all is the Unofficial Morrowind Patch.

There are a few mods I would recommend getting after playing for a bit (few days to a week):

Better Bodies

Better Heads *OR* Changing Faces

World texture replacer(s) of your choice.

Any other various texture replacers for other things

Plain Paper Fix

After you've been playing for awhile, (weeks, months) then I would recommend getting more heavily into mods. Start downloading things like houses, quests, clothes, companions, whatever. You really won't know what you want to add to or change about Morrowind until you've been playing it for a good amount of time.
