Adjustable Magicka Regen by GlassBoy

A restructure of Fair Magicka Regen that eats less CPU time than the original. This is different as is it calculates your maximum magicka to determine what 1% of your magicka is, and willpower is used as a fraction of that 1% to determine how much magicka you regenerate per second, so at 100 willpower, no matter what, you will regen your magicka completely in 100 secs from 0 magicka, if 50 willpower, you will regen in 200 secs, and so on. This package includes 4 esp files, to suit your desired magicka regen speed, hence Adjustable Magicka Regen. One file regens your mana completely from zero in 200 seconds, another in 400, 800, and 2000, all at 50 willpower.

Amulet Collection by The_Conjurer

Direct link

Adds about a dozen custom model amulets to the MW world with some very interesting enchantments. Can you find them all? For sale at several traders or hidden in the game world.

Amulet of Scrye by Ivza

Requires Tribunal

Lleves Andan lived a long time ago in Suran. He was rumored to have a bit too much interest in the dark arts, but he was quietly tolerated. One day, he emerged from his house with a wide grin of satisfaction. Soon afterwards, he begun his quick descent into madness. He was killed - either by himself or by the mob no longer tolerating him in Suran. The truth has been long forgotten. He was nonetheless buried in the clan tomb, just south of Suran. His spirit was bound to guard the tomb, which was a common punishment for the black sheep of the clan. Only later was it found out what he had created: an amulet that let you see and talk with the dead.

The amulet was never found and assumed to be either destroyed or lost. Many believe it never existed. In spite of this, many hopeful prospective necromancers have visited the Andan ancestral tomb. Could there be something hidden? Includes a new amulet that tells you when there are spirits present, a new spell that reveals the spirits and allows you to speak with them, over 30 new spirits around Vvardenfell, and at least a dozen quests.

Animal Summoning by HonorableKoala aka GangstaVampire

Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon

Allows you to summon close to 16 new creatures, all animals.

Apprentice Scrolls and Mystic Quills by Slategrey

Requires Tribunal

Adds 101 scrolls you can either attempt to learn or cast as a normal scroll, 6 types of mystic quill that you can use to scribe scrolls, 6 new scroll icons, and 6 new quill icons. Scrolls and quills are added to levelled lists.

Aprogas' Magicka Regenerate by Jasper Jongmans

A magicka regenerate script. Formula used is: magicka/second = willpower / 100 - 0.5. You will regenerate from nothing at a willpower below 50 up to 0.5 per second at a willpower of 100. Turn on/off with StartScript/StopScript MagickaRegenerate.

At Home Alchemy by Syclonix

Requires Tribunal OR Bloodmoon

At home alchemists rejoice! Never again will you have to re-adjust your perfectly placed alchemy set. Instead of having to put your apparatuses into your inventory every time you want to make a potion, you can now simply "fire up" the apparatuses you wish to use by activating them. Not only does this make alchemy more efficient, but it also makes it more fun.

Better Bound Bows by Syclonix

Tribunal or Bloodmoon

Ever summon a Daedric Longbow just to find you forgot to stock your quiver with arrows? Better Bound Bows makes the marksman a more formidable opponent by correcting this oversight. Now when you summon a Bound Longbow, you will also summon a replenishing supply of Daedric Arrows. Like other bound items, these arrows cannot be dropped and will disappear once your conjuration wears off.

Better Magic Icons by Tapani_doe

Tapani_doe always hated those ugly blue swirls around enchanted items. These are his better magic icons.

Blank Enchantable Scrolls by JMS

Adds several new enchantable scrolls to the game, and gives them to various enchanters and adds them to some of the random loot tables. This should give the new, experienced, and even the expert enchanters out there more material to work with. The scrolls have enough enchant points to be able to put some useful effect on them, unlike blank paper. JMS did attempt to keep them balanced though, so don't expect to put every spell you know on one page.

Blue Dot Magic Icons by Andoreth

A simple tweak that will change the large "blue swirl" icon that denotes magic items with a small bright blue dot in the upper left corner. Andoreth feels this is the best of both worlds: allowing the player to see their magical items without the interference of a background image, but still indicate which items are "magical" and which are "mundane".

Cult of the Clouds by MWoody

Unhappy with the somewhat anticlimactic rewards of the Mages Guild? Tired of the snobbish Telvanni mages? Try the Cult of the Clouds, a faction that focuses on truly powerful magery. So powerful, in fact, that members of the guild have been known to gain control over the weather. Includes new books, items, creatures, dungeons, NPCs, and more.

Cyrodon's Projectile Potions by Slategrey

Requires Tribunal

The various items required to create potions are spread throughout levelled lists. You will need Cyrodon's Chalice and a recipe for the type of projectile potion you wish to make. You will of course have to have the correct ingredients to create the potion as well. Currently there are eight recipes to be found for Fire, Frost, Shock, Poison, Paralysis, Acid, Gravity and NullMagic. Once you have a recipe and the correct ingredients listed in that recipe, drop the Chalice on to your character portrait and follow the menus. It doesn't get much simpler than that.

Daggerfall Artifacts by Lord Xeen

Four versions: Morrowind only, Tribunal only, GIANTS only, and Tribunal + Giants

This mod adds several new artifacts that were in Daggerfall, but are missing from Morrowind. They include the Wabbajack, a magic staff that transforms monsters into other monsters, the Sanguine Rose, with petals that can be used to summon Daedroths, and the Skull of Corruption, which creates a Doppleganger of the target while draining the user's health. In addition, Auriel's Bow and Shield, which were unenchanted in Morrowind, now have appropriate enchantments.

Druids-Summons by Unknown

Dryad Robes by Calislahn

Requires Dryad Dresses. Fairy Dryad Addon must be used if you want any items other than the staves.

Adds Dryad versions of the robes from Hurdy Gurdy's Robe01 and Robe04 mods. It also includes a Dryad version of CanadianIce's white Falmer robe, and the Bramble staff and Winter Bramble staff made by Star Boi. All can be bought from Xantha who can be found in the same location as Xera from the Dryad Dress mod. It will also patch the Dryad body to use the latest seamless version of BB so it is recommended that you install this after the Dryad Dress and Fairy Dryad mods.

Dynamic Magicka Regeneration by Duncan

Alternate, updated version by Greever - Edits the script to include a bonus to regeneration based on character level.

Adds a global script to the game which dynamically regenerates the players magicka. It does this by using the player's intelligence, willpower, restoration skill, mysticism skill, maximum magicka, magicka ratio, fatigue ratio, and health ratio. The amount of magicka regenerated is based on 20% intelligence, 20% willpower, 30% restoration, and 30% mysticism. This sum is divided by a value that decreases (making regeneration faster) based on your maximum magicka (the value used in the formula is capped at 300) and your current magicka ratio. This means that if you currently have very little magicka reserves, regeneration will be slower than if you have almost full magicka reserves. Another way to say that is if a character has 100 magicka, it will take longer to regenerate from 0 to 50 magicka than it will from 50 to 100 magicka. Higher maximum magicka (up to 300) also helps speed up regeneration.

EBJ Spell Organizer by MovingTarget

Can't remember what that one spell you so desperately need to use is even called? Now, all you need is to know what kind of spell you want. Each standard spell is preceeded with the initial letter of it's college to group them together. If you use the naming scheme for your custom spells, they will fit right in. The naming scheme is as follows: ** special spells (such as Argonian Breathing, Eye of Night, and Vampire spells), *A* Alteration spells, *C* Conjuration spells, *D* Destruction spells, *I* Illusion spells, *M* Mysticism spells, *R* Restoration spells, and *X* any spell derived from two or more kinds of magic.

Elemental Spell Books by Campbell

Adds an NPC at the top of the tower in the Caldera Mages' Guild selling spell books of shock, flame, and frost, which protect you from the desired effect while inflicting it on a target.

Enchanted Icon Selection by Nigedo

Offers a selection of alternative highlights to replace the blue swirl that identifies the icons of enchanted items in Morrowind. Primarily, this still allows you to distinguish easily between enchanted and ordinary items in your inventory, but also allows you to see the individual enchanted items more clearly. Credit goes to Andoreth for implementing the original idea in his "Blue Dot Magic Icons" mod. Nigedo also incorporated Andoreth's 'uninstall' folder.

Enchanted Renaissance by Blindeye

Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon

Makes many changes to enchantments. Almost all enchantments on rings, amulets, and robes have been beefed up. Enchanted rings and rings now have ten discharges instead of the default 5. Robes are also more worthy to an adventurer with more powerful enchantments, and longer durations for existing ones. Rings, amulets, and robes are worth and cost a lot more to reflect these changes. 5 new unique constant effect rings are scattered throughout the land. To find these rings, look in Fargoth's house for a story driven riddle. Now, to balance all these positive enchantment changes, there are some negative changes as well. Enchanted objects no longer recharge over time. You must use a soulgem to recharge them. The souls of summoned creatures now have 0 value. The rings and amulets in question are going to be very hard to find in loot; there is now a 60% chance you will find nothing, where previously there was a 0% percent chance. These changes are in effect everywhere.

Epic Armory by StarBoi

Requires Tribunal & Bloodmoon

This Plugin adds a small tower to the village of Pelagiad. You will find the Epic Armory here, an assembly of the finest smiths and weapon crafters of Morrowind. The shop stretches over 3 floors, so the FPS hit should be tolerable. All these weapons and shields were inspired by the epic weapons from the online roleplaying game EVERQUEST from Sony. The models and textures were made by Star Boi himself. Everything is available in a particle and non-particle version.Screenshots

Exquisite Robes by WizBang

Adds 6 simple retextured versions of the exquisite robe. They are added to a couple clothiers around Morrowind such as the ones in Balmora and Vivec.

Extended Spell Effects by Talonhoff

Modifies many of the offensive spells to make them last longer while reducing amount of damage they inflict. Makes fighting with magic more challenging because the effects take a little longer to work.

Fair Magicka Regen by GlassBoy

Based off of "mana regen v1.2, but regens magicka much more smoothly and fairly in GlassBoy's opinion. Your magicka will regenerate using your willpower as a percentage of 1% of your maximum magicka every second. Thus if you had 50 willpower and 100 max magicka, you would regenerate half a point every second. Four ESPs are included so you can choose what speed you want your magicka to regenerate at. This was done to make the mod more adjustabl for purist gamers.

Fists of Fire by Argent

This mod adds 'Cast-On-Strike' spell damage to Hand-To-Hand combat. It is a spell based mod but emphasis is given to hand-to-hand fighting, not spellcasting.

Galsiah's Character Development by Galsiah

GCD changes Morrowind's levelling system to make it seamless. Limits are removed from skills and attributes, and skill gain is slowed down exponentially to preserve game balance. Skills influence attributes, health and magicka directly. Characters remain diverse throughout the game, with strengths and weaknesses dependent on initial skill choices, skill increases and racial factors.

Grow Your Own Telvanni Towers by Kaos_nyrb

Requires Bloodmoon

Ever wondered why when you are a master of magic you can't grow Telvanni towers? Well, now you can! Adds 9 spells to the game allowing you to grow Telvanni towers ANYWHERE. When cast they grow up from under your feet; great for decorating! Includes a quest, staircases, interiors for housepods, new "manor" building with interiors, 3 sizes of bridge (small, medium, and large). House pods and manors are empty, using a furniture mod is suggested.

Mage Companion Gabrial by Palinurus

Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon

This is a template for a mage companion based on the late Grumpy's "Beryl" companion. This mod tries to cater to those who want their companion to be different from their PC - or, to be more precise, who specifically want a mage for a companion. Gabrial levels up with the PC, and with every level you get to decide which magical skill to raise, thereby determining which new spells she will add to her repertoire. You can meet Gabrial in Seyda Neen, where she is waiting at the town entrance.

Mage Companion Kendra by Baratheon79

Requires Tribunal

Adds a female mage companion, Kendra, to the game. She will level up along with the player. She will also automatically heal herself or the player if either drops to 50% health or lower. This mod was the first to include this auto-healing feature, which has since been retrofitted into many of Baratheon's other companion mods. Includes companion sharing and a version of Grumpy's warping script, as well as a face from Emma's Breton head pack.

Mages' Guild Fixes

Requires Tribunal & Bloodmoon

Magical Trinkets of Tamriel (Volume III or Volume IV (Beta))

Magic Effect Elemental Glow by Vinz75

Readme in French

This mod changes the color of the magic glow for enchanted item according to the effect used for enchanting. Fire damage emits an orange glow, cold damage emits a light blue glow, lightning emits a white glow, poison emits a brown/green glow, damage health emits a red glow, protection spells emit a very light yellow glow, and other non-damaging spells emit a very light blue-gray glow.

Magic Icons (Vivid Colors) by Unknown

Replace those vague blobs of Daedric letters that passed for spell icons before with something

a little more meaningful, though perhaps not as pretty.

Max's Glow

A variant of the popular no-glow concept. Makes the glow of the enchanted items look like small flashes of electricity.

MCA Wizard Hats Addon by Marbred

Melee Missile 1.2 by Scruggs

Requires MWScript Extender (An alternate version, AltMeleeMissiles_1.0 by CDCooley, which doesn't require MWSE, can be found here.)

This plugin was created to address one glaring oversight in Morrowind's enchantment system. Why is it that you can enchant a weapon with Cast-On-Target spell effects, but in order to invoke the enchantment, you need to put away your weapon, select it from the list in your magic menu, and then use it as if you were casting a spell? With Melee Missiles, you are finally able to create true projectile enchantments for your weapons. This allows you to combine magical and melee attacks on the fly, without ever entering magic mode. Spells can be launched directly from your weapon by simply pointing and shooting. Now that's more like it!

New Fire Damage Effect by Mad DJ

Potentially dirty, may require cleaning

Replaces the fire damage hit effect with a better looking effect, which may cause framerate slowdown.

New (Improved) Magic Shimmer Effect (or Reduced Intensity Version) by Tclord

A new improved magic shimmer effect replacement for Morrowind. Tclord think it looks more like the item has electric arcs dancing over it like it's crackling with energy. Is it better? Well, give it a try and judge for yourself. The reduced intensity version does exactly what it says, and is also called "Magic Item Shimmer Effect Redux."

New Scrolls

New Shield VFX by Vilkacis

Adds a new shield effect.

NPC Soultrap

No-Glo Revisited by ShraX

Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon

Edits the original No-Glo mod by including the spell effects found in Bloodmoon (Call Bear and Call Wolf).

Phijama's Serpentine Staff by Phijama

This is my second weapon mesh for Morrowind and has been one pain in the arse to make. The snakes came easy, the rest did not. This basic mod adds a new Serpentine staff to the game, as with my last weapon this is intended as a resource as opposed to a serious stand alone mod.

Robe of Frayed Sanity by Wizbang

A robe created as a request using the same color scheme as the Robe of the Lich in Tribunal. This is a modder's resource. Nothing is placed in the game.

Salusa's Staves by Kalisperas

This mod adds a new shop southeast of Vivec.

In the shop are a number of new staves, mainly more expensive ones comparable to the better staves already in game. Most use new meshes made by myself. The most powerful staff added by the mod is only obtainable through a quest (plus a sizeable cash donation to the shopkeeper).

Scripted Spells

Solstheim Mage's Tower

Spectre Twilight by RedwoodTreesprite

A ghostly retexture of the Winged Twilight creature, using modified bone and skull textures from Morrowind. The Summoned Ancestral Ghost nif is replaced with the Spectre Twilight nif, so all summoned Ancestral Ghosts will be Spectre Twilights. The stats of the Ancestral Ghost are exactly the same, only the nif has been changed. The Spectre Twilight is also a modder resource. You are welcome to use her in mods.

The Hidden Pathway by StarBoi

This mod includes all new meshes by me to expand on the magical and unique weapon selection in Morrowind. Many have particle effects, reflect maps or glow maps to enhance the mystic nature of each weapon. The shop where you can purchase these weapons is just outside Sadrith Mora, there are three buildings, one for elvish weaponry, one for the epic 2.0 weapons and one for my own work.Screenshots

The Illuminated Order

The Summoner's Crossbow by EyeCue

Adds a crossbow to the game which can summon up it's own bolts, at a cost of 5 magicka per bolt. What sort of bolt is summoned depends on the players conjuration skill, the higher the skill the better the bolts. You can buy this crossbow (for an unreasonable price) at the magic shop in mournhold, or you could just flog it.

Wizard Staffs by tjolbi aka pc_freak

This mod adds 6 new staffs to morrowind which shoot their enchantment instead of you casting it. They are added to the "random excellent melee weapon" misc item so you'll have to search for them. This version enables the player to switch between the "normal" staffs and the shooting staffs by using sneak this will cost magicka however and the shooting staffs only last 15 seconds before you get the normal one again.
