I installed it correctly, and I'm still having problems.

Then, assuming you did install it correctly, you have probably found one of the rare mods that is badly packaged. Either it's missing meshes/icons/textures, or the mod is pointing to incorrect filepaths. If it's the first issue, there really isn't much you can do, besides trying to find the missing things somewhere. For the second issue, you will probably have to try to fix that with the TESCS. If you need more information for that, you might just want to post on a board, or email one of the editors here, because it can get somewhat complicated.
