A Good Place to Stay by Simstar
This mod creates a nice, underground place to stay, located in north-west Balmora between the temple and the "Fine Alchemy" shop. Includes a cozy bedroom, vast storage rooms with chests, crates, sacks and tables, an alchemy and enchanting room with labeled ingredient jars and soul gem chests, and an armory with mannequins for each type of armor. A separate mod file adds teleportation from the "Good Place" to locations all over Vvardenfell.
A House Under the Hill by Enkidu
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
A House Under the Hill is a very slightly modified version of Simstar's "A Good Place to Stay."
Abandoned Drow Cave by Kalikut
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
A set of armor made for Drow, but can be worn by other races. The armor is found in a Drow Cave that can serve as an underground home. The cave is somewhat empty, allowing you to customize it to your liking.
Abandoned Flat by GhostWhoWalks
A little house with a big secret near the Vivec silt strider. Very, very big, with fourteen display mannequins, working practice dummy, working archery target, complete alchemy lab, underwater conservatory, large closet storage for almost every type of item, shrine, summoning room, working battle pit, and a small house on top of it all.
The Abandoned Shack by Mode_Locrian
Requires Tribunal
A house for the player (eventually) as well as a mystery/quest to solve related to the house. Both the house and the quest are designed for lower level players. The quest starts when you discover an abandoned shack in the wilderness of the Bitter Coast region. Who abandoned this shack and why? As you learn more about the former occupant, you will be drawn into a story of lost treasure, lust for riches, and treachery of the foulest sort.
Abodes of Morrowind by Abodes of Morrowind
A collection of classic Morrowind house mods, collected and packed together by GTKpower. Includes Your Balmora Residence, Your Suran Residence, Your Vivec Residence, Your Dagon Fel Residence, Your Gnisis Residence, and Your Ald-Ruhn Residence.
Abu Manor by Phoebe
A large, spacious manor in rich style located behind the temple in Ald-Ruhn. Includes two large display rooms (with mannequins and cases), conservatory, kitchen/alchemy lab, dining room, study, and large bedroom.
Abu's Retreat by Phoebe
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
A medium-sized rustic cottage located just outside of Pelagiad, overlooking a small lake. Features a living room, display room, alchemy lab, kitchen, bedroom, and greenhouse (in it's own interior cell).
Airioch Manor by Jara
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon.
Airioch Manor consists of one long room, in the carved Caldera style, divided by wall screens. It underwent complete renovations after discovering Jeremy's Knights of Tamriel. Jara had to display these beautiful sets of armor, when she wasn't wearing them, and she needed a home more befitting the display. The foyer holds a library and helm collection, as well as two lovely indoor miniature gardens. Can you find your birthsign? The main room is for the display of armor and weapons. It also holds teleport doors for convenient travel to Balmora, Mournhold, Solstheim, and all three Strongholds. If you look up, you'll see an amazing display of sparkling stars. The final section holds a refreshing waterfall that dominates the space. This is the personal area, with a bedchamber and alchemy station. Screenshots.
Ame by FireHeaven
Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon
Ame is a rather large manor located on the Isle at the mouth of the Samsi River. The manor itself is heavily fortified within a keep, but deep inside the protective walls lie a a comfortable and luxurious enviroment.
Anastasio the Great's Hideout by VIKING_LORD (MW or TB or BM)
Optionally requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
The Morrowind home of Anastasio the Great, son of Alexander. Located through a trapdoor in Eldafire's house (in Seyda Neen), Anastasio's Hideout has a fine kitchen, bedroom (with a series of books on Alexander the Great), a small garden, pool with a high dive, hidden display room that overlooks the pool, small training area, prisoner cells, and a small alchemy lab with more than enough storage. The entire home is actually quite small, although not too small; a nice home for new characters and seasoned adventurers alike.
Archmage Tower by Ravensong
Requires Tribunal
The Archmage Tower is located in beautiful downtown Pelagiad. It has received an exterior facelift and most of the interiors are completely remodeled. The new Archmage Tower is beautiful, luxurious, and has all the features of the old one, plus a few more surprises.
Ascadian Rose Cottage by Korana
Korana created this home because she knew she could have in Morrowind what she dreams for in real life: A rich and cozy rose cottage. This home was inspired by a few images Korana found of old English cottages. The cottage is decorated with lots of flowers, handpainted dishes in a rose theme, cozy sofas, and lots of detail. The cottage can be purchased from the female caretaker for 3000 gold. The cottage is found North of Pelagiad.
Assassin's House by Boethiah539
Moves the southern gate of Caldera, and adds a house for the player. This house is more tuned towards the assassin type character. It looks like a normal house, with a kitchen, and a bedroom, but there is a hidden underground area for the assassin to store stuff, and anything else that needs to be done. The underground area features an alchemy room, armory, and a vault for storing valuables.
Asgard by Grumpy
Newest version requires Tribunal, old versions do not.
An extensive house located in Balmora. Has a large pool in the entrance hall, a very big kitchen, lots of storage, an armory, mannequins, and display cases. Includes a personal bodyguard.
Ashlander Tent by Aragon
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
A great home for rangers, hunters, rogues, and adventurers, and a nice change for mages and fighters. Visit Timsar the tent maker to earn your own custom-made portable Ashlander yurt. You can find him just north of Falensarano in the Grazelands. The great thing about the tent is, of course, that it is mobile. You can carry it and pitch it anywhere your adventures bring you. Leave the tent and you will be at your camp site again, which makes it a great item to explore the lands of Vvardenfell and Solstheim. In contrast to some other mobile homes, you will enter and exit just as fast as any other door. Loading of exterior locations added by other mods is still slow, but it will work. The tent is fairly heavy but there is enough storage inside to make up for it. Furthermore, it is very cozy and practical. It has a return amulet and an ingredients crystal that automatically puts all your ingredients in an urn. If you are able to complete a quest for Timsar, he can also extend the tent with a yurt in the void realm. This one has plenty storage, armor mannequins, display cases, and a teleportation shrine. As an extra, you can also find a nice ebony bow and ebony claymore during the quests for Timsar. Screenshots.
Astarsis Gazetteer
A house mod that is not a house mod. Adds mannequins to houses in the original game. Adds hundreds of mannequins and shelves to the ancient Dunmer strongholds, and includes a brand new mannequin model.
Australiana by Karpah
Adds a two-story common-style house to Caldera, located behind Hodlismod the armorer. Full of greenery and hopefully very inviting to live in. Non-specific - no dedicated areas to store specific items but rather a multi-purpose home for all characters.
Balmora Balcony House by Ravensong
A stately structure, just above the Balmora pawnbroker, in fine Hhaluu tradition. It is attractively decorated, upscale but not overwhelming, comfortable and designed to meet character needs Features high capacity storage containers, generous treasure display areas, a fully equiped laboratory, attractive layout and decor, landscaped balcony with beautiful views, interior faithful to exterior, and location steps from the town center.
Bottle Home by Blue Eagle
The ultimate mobile home for Morrowind. There is a bottle sitting in the corner of the pawn shop in Suran. Activate it to bring up a dialogue box with two choices: Enter home teleports you inside the house. Use the huge crystal on the ceiling to get back out. Pick up bottle puts the bottle in your inventory. The bottle can be entered and exited anywhere you carry it to. Just put it on the ground and activate it.
Bottle Home Enhanced by MooCow
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
MooCow's version of Blue Eagle's bottle home. It's located on a small table in the Ald'ruhn mages guild, just down the first set of steps after you enter. Includes an alchemy room with ingredient jars, a bedroom, a training area with practice dummies, and plenty of display cases.
Brodir Grove Loft by Lochnarus
Requires Bloodmoon
Go to Brodir Grove, look east, there's the building.
Buyable Ghorak Manor by Monica21
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Older Version - Does not require expansions.
The owners of Ghorak Manor have a "For Sale" sign in the yard. Read the sign on the front door, and speak with Daran Atard in Shenk's Shovel to purchase the manor. The interior has been completely redecorated, and a previously "hidden" basement is now accessible through a trapdoor in the library. The manor comes with an auto-sorting alchemy lab, 40 armor mannequins, plenty of storage space, and of course, Creeper, who has been relocated to the basement. Check the small chest in the bedroom for a ring that will teleport you back to the manor and right in front of Creeper. If you haven't completed the Boethiah shrine quest, Duma gro-Lag is still in Caldera. Just ask Verick Gemain and he'll point you in the right direction. If you have a mark set in the manor, recalling will not put you back inside. You won't be able to get inside the manor by any means except through purchasing it. Screenshots.
Caldera Cottage by Baratheon79
A modest cottage in the town of Caldera that the player can use as a house. Features a bedroom and a study/workroom separated by a partition. Includes a fair amount of storage and display space. The house is actually a slightly modified version of the house Baratheon created for the ModTown 2004 project.
Castle Vianden by ReflectioN
The Castle Vianden mod is based on an existing castle in Vianden Luxembourg. The real castle is one of the most magnificent castles in Europe today. This Morrowind version 2.1 places the Castle Vianden near Sadrith Mora and Wolverine Hall and it contains large, retextured Halls for weapons and armor display, corridors, several rooms that form the "living area" of the castle, A Grand Kitchen with a Well, 2 Chapels, a Defense Way and Defense Wall, an Archaeological Room, 2 Cellars, a Tower and a large courtyard surrounded by a wall structure around the castle. It is best suited for those players who like their castles big with plenty of storage room for weapons and armor. Screenshots
Castle Kanthrock by Centurion
This plugin adds a castle in the "Bitter Coast Region" (0,-11) (or alternative on Ald-Vendras). Castle Kanthrock belonged to a local noble, a loyal servant to the Empire. His last will decided the Imperial Legion would be the new owner of that castle after his death, but the Empire didn´t want to embarrasse the local authorities with a new imperial fortress on Vvardenfell and decided to keep it under private administration. This is also the reason for the hired guards instead of legion members. Up to now no suitable and loyal candidate for leading the castle was found.
Cave House by Benjamin Vasconcellos
This mod adds a cave house to Balmora, located right next to the pawnshop. This house is fit for a king, lots of eye candy, new NPCs which can train and sell many items. Huge weapon display room with lots of storage containers. Includes a recall ring for returning home.
Castle
Clean Real House
Coastal Cottage by Road Ratt
A nice cozy cottage for a beginning character. It's located on the beach right in front of the lighthouse in Seyda Neen. It has an alchemy area in the basement, High capacity containers and a deck out back with a great view of the ocean.
Crehange Manor by ReflectioN
This mod is my Morrowind version of an existing castle in Larochette Luxembourg. It is a Manor in Imperial style located West of Suran (just across the rope bridge). It contains a large Display Hall with armor mannequins and displaycases, a small attic, a Library, an Alchemy Room (largely inspired by Phoebe's excellent mod "Abu's Retreat", and used with her kind permission), a Quarters for the Master or the Lady of the Manor, a Kitchen, a Storage Room and a Guard Barracks. Screenshots
Croft Manor
Cyrodiilic Villa by Lochnarus
Daedra Manor by Trylobit
Requires Tribunal
This mod adds a (huge) house/fort/mansion in Daedra style for the player. Location is in the Foyada Ashur-dan about horizontal from Ghostgate. Or in normal language: SW of Stronghold Falensarano. This house contains guards, dancers, a sleeping place, lots of storage space, many daedra statues, a swimmingpool, a dining room, a little garden, an arena, armor mannequins, a torture room, teleportation to the manor, a trophy room, ancient burial grounds, teleportation from the manor to 4 nonquest-related Daedric ruins around Vvardenfell and much more.
Darkshroud Keep by Baratheon79
Requires Tribunal
This mod adds a small island in the Azura's Coast region, SEt of Molag Mar, with a fortress controlled by a group of evil knights. There is a quest for the player to complete, which will result in the player getting control of the keep for him/herself. Once the player has control of the keep, he/she can hire new troops from the knight who appears once the evil lord of the place is dead. Another NPC also appears to give the player another quest, geared toward more evil-minded characters, for which the reward is a teleport ring. The keep includes two bedrooms, a dungeon, a study, a trophy room, an armory, and much more. I have also used Jeremy's Arkay armor in this mod (with his permission, of course), as a sort of uniform for the knights.
Dave's Furniture Mod
Deora by FireHeaven
Deora is a house located outside the southern gates of Caldera. The house itself is bigger then a keep and is designed for most characters to enjoy, lot sof lighting and effects in this to give it life. This house contains: welcome room, library, basement, elaborate dining room, master's dedroom with a balcony, a guest bedroom, gardens with an alchemy setup, display room, an outdoor training room.

Dungeon Abode
Dweller on the Watch
Dwemer Submarine House by Lochnarus
Adds a Dwemer submarine/bathysphere, docked in the West Gash, near the mouth of The River Samsi that has been converted into a dwelling. This mod uses a unique form of travel, done by using longboats as "doors." You can get to the Dwemer house by going to Gnisis, and taking the boat on the river's shore as you enter that area. You use it just as any other door, walk up to it and activate it. This works on both ends of the travel route.
Eccentric's House
Enmesharra's Refuge by Enmesharra
Enmesharra's Refuge is a medium sized Velothian tower just outside of Dagon Fel with some unique architecture and decoration (and a great view out the back door). It contains the things you would normally expect in a house mod (Mannequins, storage, library, etc.) plus a few extras. You can hire servants and guards to look after your house and provide services, but you have to pay them a weekly wage (don't worry you don't need to be there on payday, the house steward handles it). All the servants have companion share, so you can dress them as you like. Also has alchemy sorting.

Perfectly suited for starting characters. Nothing unbalancing other than a few inexpensive potions and journeyman's alchemy equipment. On the boat fast-travel line, so easily accessible. Move in today!
Sauron's Abode by Hung Doan
A mystical house in Pelagiad. At a glance, Sauron's Abode seems somewhat average (besides the indoor tree). That is, of course, until you look through the trapdoor in the tower's floor. Underneath the Abode is an extensive series of "rooms", including a telvanni-themed garden area, underground garden, "The Pool of Memory" (you'll have to see this one yourself), a good-sized temple, underground baths, and a small room equipped with enchanted items. This mod is also purist-friendly, with the house and the enchanted items in seperate plugins.

If you come to Pelagiad, you will recognize a new celestial body hanging over the city. Maybe it's worth an exploration? There's no help to get up and get in, and the only door is heavily locked. But once you are inside, you will get a teleportation amulet (if you search for it, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.) This large floating moon home includes a lab with an alchemy sorter for MW, TB, and BM ingredients; an arsenal storage area; a library room; a lavatory; private quarters; and a secret additional storage area with mineable minerals. These rooms are connected by a large hall with teleportation and healing shrines, armor mannequins, and a display area. Screenshots.
