Assassin's Armory by Michael 'HelioS' Bennett

The Assassin's Armory mod includes many new and interesting weapons and armor. Dual Wielding is included for almost every single handed weapon. The mod aims to be as unobtrusive and compatible as possible. Adds tons of weapons, including a working dwemer bolt rifle, a silver kriss, a gold sickle, and a golden scythe. The mod also includes a few pieces of armor and some new arrows.
BFG 9000 and Plasma Rifle by Fliggerty

In Mournhold you will find a familiar character from another ID game. He will sell you the BFG 9000 and a Plasma Rifle. He also has the necessary ammunition.
Dwemer Pod Launcher by Tempered
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Adds a Dwemer Pod Launcher, an artifact used to launch spore pods at the enemy. It uses technology similar to the steam golems. A source of steam is magically generated within the weapon and used to power the projectile. To go along with the Pod Launcher, Forge Bane Fungus, the spore pods used as ammunition, are also added. They come from a fungus that grows in hot underground areas and seem particularly fond of Dwemer ruins. Spore pods have a nasty habit of exploding when disturbed. Releasing a toxic cloud of fungus spores. Some spore pods are more sensitive to impact than others, making harvesting them a tricky endeavor. When launched from a pod launcher they do kinetic damage similar to a normal bolt. They will also explode upon impact and create a poisonous cloud of choking spores. to Morrowind. Thirteen Pod Launchers have been inserted into the game. They can be found where most Dwemer artifacts are found. Some are very well hidden, bring some levitate potions. Over one thousand Forge Bane Fungus have been added to appropriate interior cells to supply ammunition for the Pod Launcher.
Ebony and Ivory by The Karma Monster

This mod adds Ebony and Ivory, Dante's pistols from Devil May Cry, to the world of Morrowind. There is a one-pistol firing mode for both guns, and you can also equip a pistol in each hand for cool screenshots and such. Rumor has it that you can find these guns by seeking a mysterious traveller in the Ghostgate's Tower of Dusk.
Snakebitten's Lair by Snakebitten
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Snakebitten made a shop. Go to Ald Daedroth and jump over the mountain behind it and you should see the old familiar Link's hideout. Across the water from there is Snakebitten's Lair. Includes left and right Wraithguard, a straw hat, an indoril quiver, and offhand scimitar, a dremora helmet, a shotgun, the gundam, and the ability to play as an Imperfect, among other things.
