Does anyone know of a good birthsign balance mod that tweaks them, not adds them? I had one before, but I've since reformatted. Adventurers does have a nice balancing effect, but I don't really want the extra stuff.

Sorry if i overlooked this mod if it's already in your list.
MOD : Tel Scelestus (Creature Binding Mod) by MC
LINK : http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/modcontrols/mod.asp?modid=5188
WHAT IT DOES : Lets you command legions of creatures/monsters.
SECTIONS : Companions, maybe evil. Quests.
MOD : Reign of Fire: The attack of the dragons by Razhkul
LINK : http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/modcontrols/mod.asp?modid=4548
WHAT IT DOES : The dragons come back to Morrowind. After attacking several towns, you must hunt down some and destroy them (meant for high levels). At the end, allows you to get your own baby dragon, which slowly matures into a flying beast of destruction.
SECTIONS : Companions. Quests.
Excelant job on the list Gala. Even when this board slipped off the top ten list months ago, you stayed here. Excellant devotion. Btw, I'm playing Morrowind again so i'll be back adding mods here.

Okay, I'm still trying to wait for feedback on Tel Scelestus that doesn't consist of things like "Omg cool rated excellent!"
I guess if no one gives more detailed feedback in a few days, I'll just add it anyway and get around to trying it myself when I can.
Also waiting for feedback on "A Lord's Men by Lord Gildor."

Speed: 101 (Glitched . . . Tell you all about it later . . .)
Endurance: 100
Personality: 90

Conjuration: 89
Mysticism: 91
Alchemy: 64
Unarmored: 59

Thieves Guild: Master
Temple: Patriarch
Imperial Cult: Primate
Great House Telvanni: Archmagister
Fighters Guild: Master
Morag Tong: Grandmaster
Ashlanders: Clan Friend
Blades: Operative
Imperial Legion: Knight of the Imperial Dragon
East Empire Company: Factor
Sign: The Lady
Reputation: 115
I'll admit, the character is sloppy in a MANY areas. But he's my first character and has literally done everything. And most of my skills are without the aid of trainers. I also have just about all the armors and weapons in the game and expansions (At least 90%, not including ALL of the unique enchanted versions of many of the pieces I already own).
The speed glitch is funny. I was wearing an item that boosted my speed by 5 already and was at base 96 speed (101 with the item) when I leveled and got a 5 multiplier on Speed. Since the Speed was already over 100 with the item's enchantment, my 5 points just got added to that ( making it 106). So, when I took off the item, it only lowered by 5, glitching my speed to be at 101 all the time. The game registers it as being above the 100 cap, though, as my speed score is also always highlighted. I'll fight some undead in a few days and it will go back to 100 after I have to restore it.
What I want is to be able to pull out my Ebony Mail and Sunder and go to town on folks without feeling bad cause they splatter. I already have the damage turned all the way up and I run no mods on this game yet . . .
Suggestions? Critiques?

Drow City Denizens has much better textures than Bethalizs (sp?) mod. In Drow City Denizens you might want to remove the abilitiee/stats that were set, and make your own for a more D&D/FR feel. I added a "Faerie Fire" spell, (Fire shield on target), a levitation power, some abilities (resistance to disease, nighteye, magic boost), and a couple classes and birthsigns. Much better that way.
WARNING : If you are a youngling, and feel insucure around the human bodies private parts, you might not want to take off your clothes (nudity).

Lmao Forsaken.
Gala, the powers/abilities they already had weren't even that bad, i just wanted some FR powers. i think there was a fortify sneak by like 20 points, and one ability that had Resist Common Disease, Night eye, and fortify something.
The powers weren't bad for a Drow race, i just thought they could be better.

Baphomet's "Twenty Five Mods He Wouldn't Want to Play Without"
http://thab.silgrad.com/Baphomet.html
1. Abu Manor - Its not the biggest, but its a plenty sweet house.
2. All Classes - More classes to choose from. Simple, but nice.
3. Amulets and Rings - New amulets and rings using vastly improved models.
4. Assassins Armory - A huge weapons compilation mod.
5. Better Bodies - Absolutely essential, IMO.
6. Better Books - Vastly better looking in-game books.
7. Changing Faces Replacer - Vastly better looking NPCs. Another "essential".
8. Creatures v4.0 - More creatures to vanquish.
9. Definitive Birthsigns Pack - Dozens of new, balanced Birthsigns.
10. Kel's Hi-Res Hlaalu Retex Pack - Installed last. Cyclopic architecture. Actually INCREASED my frame-rates in Hlaalu towns.
11. K Potion Upgrade - Vastly improved looking in-game potion bottles.
12. K Scroll Upgrade - Vastly improved looking in-game scrolls.
13. Key Replacer - Vastly better looking in-game keys.
14. Moons Soulgems - Vastly better looking soul gems.
15. Multi-Mark - A little cheesy, but oh so convenient. Up to 12 M&R points.
16. NPC "Move" Command - Ask any NPC blocking your way to please move aside.
17. Persuasion Response Expansion - Expanded responses to Taunts, Bribes, etc.
18. Plain Paper Fix - Duh. The only mod you really need.
19. Quick Character Generation - Whips you through building your new PC.
20. Real Signposts - Signposts you dont have to press your nose against to read.
21. Reflective Gold - Retextured gold coins.
22. Tombs Expanded - Tombs are now HUGE, imposing and very deadly.
23. Unofficial Morrowind Patch - Fixes hundreds of minor in-game boo-boos.
24. Vibrant Morrowind - My preferred "global" texture replacer.
25. Visual Packs v2.11 & v2.2 - I use this along with Vibrant Morrowind, mixing the textures I want from both replacer-packs.
26. Visual Pack XT - Works with the KP Visual Packs. I nick a few textures from this replacer as well, to create a custom version for my game.
27. Windows Glow (v1.7) - I like this older version. Windows that light up at night.
28. Window Lights - Used with Windows Glow. Awesome combo effect.
