Adrian Paul (Direct Download Link) by ElricM
The Highlander Adrian Paul from the TV series, who was also paired with Connor MacLeod in the last Highlander movie. Adrian may be selected as a Breton, Imperial or Nord. ElricM suggests the Breton since a Breton face mesh was used but it's your choice. This face mod comes with a new hairpiece, dark with the hair pulled into a ponytail. The hair mesh and texture was originally released by Rhedd and Allie then modified by ElricM.

Astarsis' Basic Replace (Alternate Download Link) by Astarsis
Developed as a support plugin for Astarsis' Beauty series, it provides very basic support for the 5 races not yet covered in that series. Replaces all faces and hair for those races with new models and textures. Astarsis' Dark Elves Heroes (Alternate Download Link) by Astarsis
Combines the faces of Don Salus, Zuldazug & Arathrax with an incredible selection of hair from Sheikizza, Rhedd, Nomad, Lorathiel and adapts them for Dark Elves. Some of the best Bethesda work is kept as well. Adds 81 new hair and 23 new faces for a grand total of 88 playable hair and 34 playable faces. An additional 6 faces are used for NPCs only. Almost all faces & hair are replaced. Those that were kept were kept for ambience, style, and variety. 44 NPCs were replaced mostly in Balmora & Sadrith Mora as well as top ranking faction members.
Astarsis Presents Don Salus' High Elves Heroes (Alternate Download Link) by Astarsis
A major hair/face expansion for the High Elf males to provide a greater variety at the mesh level. No amount of texturing will make as much difference as using a different mesh. It also provides a variety of options from simple additions to complete replacement. Includes 13 different male faces, using 3 different meshes based on the famous models by Rhedd and Allerleirauh. One face may be based on the work from Arathrax ( #14). All modified faces are the work of Don Salus. 27 different hairstyle/color combinations including 5 hairstyles in a variety of color. Colors for High Elves male hair based on Astarsis work: Brown, Golden Blonde, Pale Blonde, Reddish Brown, Sand, Blonde plus some additional color for Don Salus' work (Black, Auburn, etc).
Astarsis' High Elves Female Beauty (Alternate Download Link) by Astarsis
A major hair/face expansion for the High Elf females. Adds 11 different female faces, using 11 different meshes based on the famous models by Rhedd and Allerleirauh along with a new Vampire face. All faces are provided in plain versions only. Hairstyles include new hairpins and earrings. There are 35 different hairstyle/color combinations with 5 hairstyles in 7 different colors each, Brown, Golden Blond, Pale Blond, Reddish Brown, Sand, and Blond.
Barabus' Orcs by Barabus
Replaces the heads and hair of the in game Orc models with higher quality meshes and textures. Poly counts are similar to those of the originals and textures are in DDS format so there should be no negative effects on frame rates. The new meshes have been based a number of the designs on the original models and attempt to stay true to the spirit of TES. As well as replacing the heads, more characterful heads have been hand placed on prominent Orc characters. All heads are playable.
Beauty Head & Hair Pack I by Gorg
Combines most, if not all, head and hair plugins that existed prior to 12/01/2003 into a single structured plugin. This adds the faces and hairs for player use only, it does not change anything in the game.
Beryl's Head Replacer by Beryllium
This mod merges Better Heads with the following face, head and hair packs: Emma's Redguard Heads, Emma's Imperial Heads, Emma's Breton Heads, Don Salus' Faces (1 and 2), Qarl's Hot Girls (1 and 2), Harvester's Dark Elf Heads, Khalazza's KP Multi-Race Face Pack and Opethgirlie's Redguard Females Plugin. Then, for each face, between two and four NPCs were edited to use that specific face.
Better Heads by Motoki
This is a re-release of the mod formerly known as Faces of Vvardenfell, replacing the heads & hair of NPCs with more detailed versions. It also adds those heads and hair as playable. It may overwrite ear files made by Gorg and a few Argonian hair meshes by Silaria and this is by design. Gorg intended the updated ear files to act as an invisible patch to his earlier hair packs by replacing the ears with updated versions where the colors have been made more uniform and also are better matched to these heads and Better Bodies. The Argonian hair meshes by Silaria included are exactly the same as they are in her mod, so you can overwrite them or not, it doesn't make a difference.
Better Heads Argonians Playable Heads Pack by Motoki
This mod adds 20 new Argonian playable heads to choose from. There are 11 females and 9 males on two different and all new meshes. Textures are interchangeable between the two meshes. The heads will not replace NPCs but are added as extra heads for the player to use. If you'd like these Argonians heads to replace NPC heads, some of them are included in Better Heads.

This mod adds the elderly to Vvardenfell. Adds NPCs not originally placed in the game despite being created by Bethesda and adds the heads included in this mod. These NPCs are scattered across the map. Some are hostile. Also included is an expansion of TheSiriusSnape's Elderly NPC Resource Headpack. All of her original faces are included with the addition of 3 new faces for each sex of the humanoid races. Several existing hair meshes and textures from the community that compliment the elderly faces have been included as well.
Elven Hair Pack by Korana
Adds 5 Dark Elf, 6 High Elf, and 6 Wood Elf hairs (no blond hairs for the Dark Elves). All the hairs are the same style, only in different colors. This hair might look somewhat familiar as it is a combination of two of Rhedd's Dark Elf hairs. Dark Elf hair 2 and Dark Elf Hair 3 were combined to change the shape of the hair around the face.

Adds highly detailed long hair in 10 different colors for female Bretons, Dark Elves, High Elves, Imperials, Nords, Redguards and Wood Elves. Polygon count for these meshes is high (approximately 30000 while normal hair meshes are 500-800) and may cause framerate hits on slower computers.
Female Hair Pack II: Hair and Necklaces by Gorg
Adds 3 new hairstyles in 5 different colors with different combinations of tiaras and necklaces for female Bretons, Dark Elves, High Elves, Imperial, Nord, Redguard and Wood Elves. There are 130 new hair meshes in all. The poly count of the hair is 400 - 750. The poly count of the necklaces and tiaras are approximately 8000 each and may affect framerate on slower computers.
Female Hair Pack III: Hair and Tiaras by Gorg
Adds 9 new tiaras combined with multiple hairstyles (including styles done by Rhedd, Lora, Nomad and Gorg) in multiple colors for female Bretons, Dark Elves, High Elves, Imperial, Nord, Redguard and Wood Elves. There are 110 new hair meshes with tiaras in all. Poly count of hair is 400 - 750. Poly count on tiaras are approximately 100 each so framerate should not be affected.

Adds 9 redone hairstyles originally done by Lora in multiple colors for female Bretons, Dark Elves, High Elves, Imperial, Nord, Redguard and Wood Elves. Poly count has been greatly reduced and the textures have been totally redone.

Lady Pirate Hairstyles by Mandamus
Pirates are now in Vvardenfell and they brought a new hairstyle with them for the ladies! This mod adds a new hairstyle for all the races from vanilla Morrowind except for Khajiits and Argonians, which are available in eight different colors. This hair mesh is physiqued, so this means that the hair will move with the body of your character and won't clip with the chest (at least, not too much!).

A collection of faces originally done for the Melnibonean Race. The faces are matched to either the Nord or Imperial race but mostly for Nord since the meshes made for the Melniboneans were derived from the Nord meshes. Each face is usually matched with 1-2 hair pieces to go with the look of the character.
Mohawks for Morrowind by Korana
This mod adds A new hairstyle for the players use. It is not a hair replacement and will not modify any existing hairs from either original Morrowind or any mods. Both sexes can wear the mohawks without any problems and they are currently available for every race and sex. The mohawks come in orange, red, blonde/brownish with lighter "tips", black, green, purple, brown and blue. Beast races have not been excluded! Argonians have a set of mohawks with horns attached. Khajiits have cat ears attached.

As the name of this mod suggests, the NPCs of Vvardenfell, Solstheim and Mournhold have been given the "makeover" treatment. This mod is dependent on THE Facepack Compilation, representing the collective work of over fifty modders. This mod gives all of the game’s standard NPCs new faces and hairs. Every single NPC is "hand-placed" and attempts have been made to make their appearance fit in with their station in life. Each NPC should be unique in appearance but with over 3,000 NPCs in the game, there may be a few "doubles" out there. Also makes a few minor gameplay changes that affect some of the NPCs, which do not affect any of the game settings. Finally, a few selected mods have been merged into this one so that their changes to the NPCs would not overwrite or be overwritten by the changes this mod makes (0 Count NPC Add-on for the Elders of Vvardenfall by Tarnsman, Better Dreamers by SotiCoti, Gnisis Guard Fix by Puma Man, Imperial Guards Anticlone by TheLys, Less Annoying Guards by Aerelorn, Light the Way by Enmesharra).

Unique Heads I - Balmora by Carnajo
Gives many NPCs in the town of Balmora and Moonmoth Fort their own unique face, as well as matching hair, providing for a lot more variety and alleviating "Twin Syndrome" as Carnajo calls it. 45 NPCs have been individually changed and 37 hairstyles have been added. Everyone in the Guild of Mages, Guild of Fighters, Southwall Corner Club (except Tappius and Chiranirr), the Temple, Hlaalu Manor (except Dondos and Mervs); Radd, Sommutis, and Larrius in Moonmoth; trainers Todwendy, Hecerinde, Rithleen, and Tyermailen; quest NPCs Ondres Nerano and Fast Eddie; merchants Meldor, Thorek, Ra'virr, and Nalcarya; Selvil (Silt Strider) and Stargel (upper Balmora) have all been changed.

A compilation of UQF's faces plus an addition of a few (10+) new faces or variants of faces from UQF. It includes all of UQF's previous work with many textures updated and improved upon as well as a few little discrepancies in some faces fixed. It contains 29 faces or variations of faces made by UQF. This mod adds new Faces and Hairstyles to Morrowind. With this mod installed, many NPCs will still have the original faces made by Bethesda but many will also have beautiful and varied faces. About 650 heads of all races have been individually redone with new faces and/or hairstyles. This mod does not replace all the heads of a given race with new ones, the focus of this mod is instead to increase variety. Care has been taken to replace faces with others that were similar or suitable to the type of character. Every face was hand placed and the effect checked in the editor, so gross mismatches of hairstyles and face models should be at an absolute minimum. The heads are also playable.
