Avenger's Female Shirts by Avenger

Adds female versions of all common/expensive/extravagant/exquisite shirts in Morrowind. It also adds a female shirt for the Vivec gondoliers. Certain unique shirts were not changed, as there is no female mesh that would look right.

Better Clothes by Better Clothes Team

Better Clothes is a collection of textures and models intended to replace all of the original clothing in Morrowind with new clothing optimized for Better Bodies. Right now, a beta has been released which replaces a good deal of the origninal clothing.

Better Female Pants by Prosey

Adds a smaller, more feminine female groin mesh to all of the pants in Morrowind that don't already have female versions. In other words, it fixes it so that the women don't have to walk around with huge "packages" anymore. Uses the Domina groin mesh from the LeFemm armor mod. Slightly altered versions of the original pants' groin textures are included to match with the new mesh. The new groin will automatically be used in all female characters' pants. Male characters' pants will not be affected.
