Balmora Expansion by Gorg, CanadianIce, Jeremy McGuinn, and others.
Requires Tribunal
Balmora expansion combines over 40 existing well known mods that affect or add to Balmora and the surrounding area. It creates tons of new material and models, adds cohesive dialogue and interaction between the old and new, adds quests, dungeons, houses that can be earned and ties it all together is a tight knit progressive story. The neat part is that none of the original town statics or interior cells were touched so any mods that only add to the original Balmora and doesn't effect landscape still works as do all mods that added stuff to the inside of existing stores. Jeremy and CanadianIce created new stores just for this mod, selling new items. Includes lots of armor.
BB Falconer Leather by Korana
Designed for Better Bodies, should be used with BB, but BB is not required.
This plugin adds several "Falconer Leather" items for both male and female characters. The articles of clothing and armor are designed for use with Better Bodies. Bob's Armory by Mr Dave
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Requires Better Bodies
Possible offensive content
Bob the Visigoth has set up his armory just Northwest of the Samarys Ancestral Tomb. Now Bob never had the appropriate disposition to run a shop, and his business quickly died off. He blamed it on his location decision, but the locals knew it was his poor marketing and people skills. No one has heard from Bob in well over a year, and it has been rumored that his once well furnished armory has been completely plundered. Well, almost. This mod includes all new Better Bodies dependant clothing, which is set to be used as armor. Many of these items are made to work with each other to create full outfits. Also includes bonus tattoed orc textures that can be used.
Boots for Beasts by MorrowModder
Optional .esp for Tribunal, optional .esp for Bloodmoon
This mod adds tweaked boots for beasts. They are in the style of the original, stock armor. They can be found in various places, but Meldor in Balmora has a lot of them.
Carnithus Armamentarium Complete by Carnithus
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Better Bodies suggested, not required.
Original Description: Carnithus has become old and tired. Taking a break from looting and plundering, he has opened a shop in the Mournhold Bazaar to sell his many items that he has collected over time. This mod contains all of Carnithus' previously released armor sets with new female versions, and beast variants for greaves to cover the ankle. There is armor, weapons, wings, skirts, neck wraps, clothes, skins, masks, jewelry, liquor, blood, and a whole lot of stuff all for sale at a reasonable price by the man himself, Carnithus, who is also Vampire friendly! There are other items as well such as rugs, tapestries, statics, etc. that are not for sale, but included in the mod. The items here have no scripts or enchantments attached (except for wing rings) and have rebalanced stats that should allow for completely balanced game play.
Complete Version Description: This is the "complete" version of Carnithus Armamentarium for those wishing to start a new game or those who have never installed the mod before. It combines the original Carnithus Armamentarium with both Addons. The Armamentarium is now located in the Molag Amur region from the outset. Carnithus should no longer equip items (except for robes) that you sell him. Even if he does equip an item he should reset when you reenter the Armamentarium. The music will now continue to play while you browse the Armamentarium, and will end when you leave even if you teleport out. The Chain Maiden armor and clothes are for Better Bodies only.
Note: If you have an older version of Carnithus' Armamentarium installed, then you will need to download Addon II and follow the instructions.
Cave Bear Armor by The_Prodigy_One
Requires Bloodmoon
This mod adds a new set of medium armor, called Cave Bear Armor. It is a blackish retexture of the Snow Bear Armor, and its stats are on par with glass. There are nine helmet variations (different eye colors), a female cuirass and nine new, retextured weapons (which match the different helms). The armor can be found, guarded by enemies, in Vighvatr Ice Caves, near the Moestring Mountains on Solstheim.
Complete Dragonbone Set by Calder Ross aka Niero
This mod adds a complete set of Dragonbone Armor. Normally, Dragonbone armor was limited to a single piece of armor that looked a little funky when worn alone. Niero's vision of Dragonbone was one of a very evil and mean looking armor, and so he set out to complete the set in a fashion that kept the feel of bone but added a far more "Hulking effect". There is also a female version of the original cuirass included. The armor is being sold by Radras, the smith in Tel Mora.
Chainmail Armor Merchant by ReflectioN
Made for Bethesda Bodies, but only has minor clipping with Better Bodies
This is a small mod that adds a merchant/smith to the Moonmoth Legion fort near Balmora. He sells a complete set of Chainmail Armor. There is a female version of the armor included.

Please note that there is an uncensored version of "The Real Barenziah" floating around this mod. Screenshot
CM Battleshields by Cutthroat Mods
The plain, simple, beaten, and battered iron shield in MW is the mainstay of any adventurer for many months as he struggles through numerous experiences to increase his strengths and equipment. Cutthroat Mods wanted to provide many more iron shields so that adventurers would have a choice. What do you do with a shield that has been through a number of fights and has been repaired so many times? Well, you can get a new coat of paint to make it look as presentable as possible. This mod includes many new iron shields with various generic shapes and images, and well as some single-colored shields. Images were downloaded from several different medieval armor and weaponry sites. The shields are being sold by Arrille in Seyda Neen. The shields are heavy armor.
CM Battleshields Light by Cutthroat Mods
This mod is similar to CM Battleshields, but it adds new light and medium armor shields.
CM Fine Leather Armor by Cutthroat Mods
A new set of fine leather armor based off the Dark Brotherhood body meshes and Dragonscale helm mesh. The shield is a more powerful, leather version of Cutthroat Mods' light battleshield. The armor can be bought from Arrille in Seyda Neen.
Combatrobe by Cethegus
Requires Tribunal & Bloodmoon
Two updates are available at the author's website
Adds a cuirass-robe-combination, boots, sandals and an almost-allround-set of weapons (two knives, a sword, a bow). It is only meant to be worn by female characters, there is no support for male characters. You can use a 'utility-belt' to interact with your armor/weapons. It is specially scripted, so that when equipped, you'll have the option to sheathe/equip your weapons and change the length of the armor. The utility-belt is also meant as some sort of repair-simulation. Screenshots. The Knife Replacement replaces the knives with new meshes.
Crystal Forge Armor
Curry's Coloured Ebony & Dwemer by Curry Monkey
Requires Curry's Coloured Glass and Daedric
Retextured sets of Ebony and Dwemer armor and weapons. Ebony armor and weapons have blue, cyan, gold, green, red, and white retextures. Dwemer armor and weapons have black, blue, green, gold, pink/purple, red, and white/silver retextures.

There are two versions of each color, one with only the glass shards retexture, the other with the entire armor retextured. Glass weapons have one version of the same colors. Daedric Armor and Weapons have white with gold trim, gold with silver trim, blue with cyan trim, purple with red trim, orange with blue trim, red with black trim, and green with gold trim retextures. The armor is "recolored" in game by way of a strange dwarven machine that recolors unenchanted, unrecolored Daedric and Glass armor.

Daedric priest armor/robes with high enchantment value and low defense.
Daggerfall Artifacts by Lord Xeen
Four versions: Morrowind only, Tribunal only, GIANTS only, and Tribunal + Giants
This mod adds several new artifacts that were in Daggerfall, but are missing from Morrowind. They include the Wabbajack, a magic staff that transforms monsters into other monsters, the Sanguine Rose, with petals that can be used to summon Daedroths, and the Skull of Corruption, which creates a Doppleganger of the target while draining the user's health. In addition, Auriel's Bow and Shield, which were unenchanted in Morrowind, now have appropriate enchantments.
Dagoth, Black Netch, & Red Dragon Armors by Silver Sorrow
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Adds four retextured sets of armor culled from various sources, as well as hundreds of words in readable form! Also adds some weapons and a few NPCs to Sixth House strongholds and Ash Vampire lairs, too.
Dark Brotherhood Armor Replacer (or Replacer with Ranks) by Dimitri Mazieres
Requires Tribunal
Changes the Dark Brotherhood armor to armor that looks more like the one in Oblivion's concept art. It uses parts of Joel Braddock's (a.k.a. Mantodea) J-Ninja meshes, along with a couple of Bethesda's original DB armor pieces, and Niero's Ashlander hood. None of the original DB armor statistics have been altered. Only replaces the relevant meshes and textures, as well as adding the mask to the NPC inventory. Male and female versions of the armor are included. Also, there is a folder named AltTextures which contains different sets of alternative textures for the cuirass and mask, so that you can choose which kind of replacer you want. If using the Replacer with Ranks, sets of alternative textures have been used to create different cuirass and masks (with appropiate higher stats) to distinguish between the different ranks of Dark Brotherhood assassins.
Darker Morrowind Steel Tower Shield by Dimitri Mazieres
This is a work based on Michael ´HelioS´ Bennett's excellent Darker Morrowind texture pack. It includes a retexture of the steel tower shield to match that of Darker Morrowind's retextures, since unfortunately, there wasn't one included for the tower shield.
Dark Glass Armor by Hellwolve

Dark Knight Armor
Dark Orcish Armor by Ryan Palacio aka Darkgost

There is also a fixed version by Pseron Wyrd and a Dark Orcish Loot mod that adds the armor to levelled lists instead of the shop.
Dark Tempest Armor and Double Blade by Xanathar and WI Team
Requires Tribunal
A solitary and rude Altmer stands somewhere between Balmora and Caldera. Find him and take his armor and blade, if you can. Note: First of all, Xanathar takes absolutely no credit on releasing this armor. All credits belong to Wizard’s Islands team. This ripped version is released by the request of Vincent Dragon, one of the members of Wizard’s Islands team. And by his request too, Xanathar rebalanced the armor and the weapon; and renamed it to Dark Tempest Armor and Double Blade. The armor is now a medium armor and slightly more powerful than an orcish armor. The enchant point is higher than orcish as well.
Death Armor by E1team
This mod adds a new set of armor. The chainmail has three different color schemes. The armor can be found on a new Orc NPC located in Balmora.
Death Dealer Helmet by Hellwolve
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
This mod adds the Death Dealer Helmet, as seen on Frank Frazetta's paintings and website. This is a modder's resource.
Death's Doorstep (with Addon) by Rogue_Shadow and Phijama
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Original Mod: Death's Doorstep is a mod that adds a new shop (Death's Doorstep) to the outskirts of Gnisis. It deals in dark, evil weapons, as well as pure black, hooded robes. Every model is unique, and some have animated textures and very nice scripts. There are swords, scythes, spears and daggers. There are matching shields for two of the blades, and a few variations of those two blades for those of you who might not like scripts. Note: The door only appears at night. A screenshot of the location is included for those having difficulty locating the shop.
Addon: Adds the ruins of Kal-Datha, an ancient Aldmeri city west of Gnisis. Upon entering the ruins, you will find ghostly denizens of an ancient city, many quests, and a shop owner who deals in evil and dark weapons, armor, clothes and more. This mod is taylored for darker characters, but normal and holy characters will find this of interest as well. The shop includes many, many new weapons, armor, and clothes. Many of the swords and sheathes (complete with sheathing scripts) were made by Phijama, along with more evil retextures of his work. A "light" version of Death's Doorstep is also included, which attempts to balance the items "a bit better."
Deus Mallei by MarcusX

There is some equipment that is unbalanced, but those items can be ignored or fixed. Includes both retextured armor and new armor. The dungeon is located on an island south of Vivec.

Dream Armor by The Lone Badger
Tired of having your new, specially imported clothing concealed by bulky and concealing armor? Galbedir in Balmora has developed a new process by which armor can be formed out of pure magic, making a strong but extraordinarily light suit that is completely invisible to normal sight, showing off whatever is underneath it. Note that as a construct of magic itself, Dream armour cannot be enchanted.
Drow Armour by Damien
This modder's resource adds two sets of Drow armor, one medium, one light. Two pairs of scimitars and longswords are included.
Drow Priestess Armor by E-bride

Dwemer Bow and Helmet by Cethegus
Adds two new Dwemer items, a longbow and open helmet. Two of each item are hidden together in Arkngthand.
Ebony Armor Fixes by Sapphron
Attempts to "fix" the look of Ebony Armor. Sapphron is sure that most players are aware of the mismatched greenish Ebony pauldrons. This changes their color to the regular "Ebony" gold and black, no textures required. Also adds a stock texture to the previously untextured groin of the Ebony greaves. Finally, some of the "ground meshes" had a dark or green tint, which are now fixed as well.
Elendil's Helmet Retexture by nzdawghaus
A retexture of Elendil's Helmet from the Isengard mod by Arnon Marcus. It turned out pretty decent so Nzdawghaus thought I'd share. He uploaded it just as a resource, but it's placed in Kora-Dur if you want to use the .esp.
Elite Dark Brotherhood Helm by Lochnarus
Requires Tribunal
Adds a new type of helm to the Dark Brotherhood's armor selection, an Elite Dark Brotherhood Helm. This helm is better in quality than the regular DB helms, with slightly higher stats. The helms are found on Dark Brotherhood assassins higher than level 30, or you can buy one from the Armory in Mournhold.

Julius and Celine Appoldro's Weaponstore by TommyKhajiit
Requires Tribunal, but includes non-Tribunal .esp with some features missing.
This plugin adds a weaponstore to the city of Suran. The tenants, an imperial couple, offer a collection of unique retextured versions of the original Morrowind weapons. Because they're just starting their business their collection is not very large. However they will try to expand their assortment gradually. Julius Appoldro is an experienced weaponsmith, he made the entire collection with his own hands. For a small fee he will repair your weapons and armor. Celine has been working in several shops before she decided to take her fate in her own hands. Both Appoldro's are happy to train you in the skills they master. Julius and Celine Appoldro spent all their money on the weapons collection, they could not afford a state-of-the-art security system like some other shop owners have installed. They can't even raise the money to hire the services of a trained guard. Therefore they rely on your courtesy to behave well and pay for services rent. The Tribunal version also adds items into the levelled loot lists. Screenshots

This particular Lightrider Hall is an armory located in Caldera, producing the finest armors found in all of Morrowind. Their focus is on making the strongest, yet lightest armors available. This mod was designed to give alternatives to Daedric and Glass armor. Most of the armor in this mod is very high end and very expensive. Some new armor sets may cost more than a full set of Daedric armor.

Brings several pieces of armor to Vvardenfell: Full set of Adamantium armor including the Helm of Tohan, Indoril helmet, cuirass, pauldrons and gauntlets; full set of Domina Armor, Golden cuirass, pauldrons and helmet. Each and every piece of armor is available in any of the three weight categories: light, medium and heavy. Although the pieces or armor are referred to as either being either for male or female characters, there is no technical barrier to have your character wear whatever you prefer. If you'd like to see your male Orc on high heeled boots, that's fine. You can easily alter the textures used for the armor pieces. The goal of this mod is that you choose or make your own armor texture and apply it on one of the available meshes. All pieces of armor can be bought from the following people in Balmora: Clagius Clanler, Dralasa Nithryon, Meldor, and Ra'Virr. Screenshots
Make-Your-Own-Shield kit by TommyKhajiit

Adds Elin's House just behind (roughly North of) Fort Frostmoth. Elin will sell rare armor and weapons, made of Meteoric Steel. They offer good protection/attack while being light and comfortable to wear/wield. There are rumors that its inert magic makes Meteoric Iron a good base to make highly protective and light armor. Yet, up to this day none have been able to put enchantments on this metal. Also features an offhand shortsword ('dual wield') and sheathed swords. There is a free swordbelt included in a chest. If you equip this belt, a message box appears and lets you choose to either strap the swords on the back (sheathing) or use them as weapons. Assigning the belt to a quick-slot is recommended.

Not intended as a playable mod,the contents are for distribution as a resource, but a sample mod does place the weapon in game, on the deck of the shipwreck North of Seyda Neen. The sample plugin uses an autoequip scabbard script which requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon to run. The scabbards use the right pauldron slot and replaces the neck of original Bethesda bodies. Characters with wings will loose the wings whilst the sword is equipped. A standard sword with no sheathing script is also included in the plugin. This is named 'Soicaria'.

There is a female version of the cuirass and a new open faced helmet from VagabondAngel's Elite mod in black and gold. The mod has two esp options. One replaces armor and swaps the helm for a new, open faced version. The other just replaces the armor, keeping the original helm mesh. Both helmet versions and a cuirass are available unscripted in both esp options. You can find these unscripted items in the Ordinator barracks in Vivec Temple. There is also a 3rd esp that adds the set of armor to Morrowind (location in Readme), but does not replace the Ordinator armor.
Pekka's Shields for Aleanne's Clothes 1 and 2 by Pekka
Designed for use with Aleanne's mods, but the mod can be used standalone

Phoenix Shield by Phijama
Adds a new shield to the game, the 'Phoenix Shield'. Intended as a modder's resource, free to be used as you wish, as long as you credit Phijama. Includes a sample mod that places the shield in Seyda Neen, floating above the flames at the top of the lighthouse.
Phoenix Shield - Obsidian by Phijama
This is the second of the Phoenix shield series, intended as a resource, not as a standalone mod. The sample mod does place the shield in Seyda Neen just above Fargoth's hiding spot. The shield is a four phase shield that gradually transforms from ridged 'stone' to Obsidian (black volcanic glass), and back to it's original form.
Plasma Shield (1 and 2) by Kissimurra aka Bajamaja
Both mods can be used together.
Plasma Shield 1 adds a Plasma Shield to the game. It can be purchased from Wayn in the Balmora Guild of Fighters. The shield can also be found in some other areas of Morrowind. Plasma Shield 2 adds 3 different Plasma Shields to Morrowind, which can once again be purchased from Wayn. The shields are very light and offer good protection, and are enchanted with reflect and absorption. May potentially be unbalancing, but that can be fixed or ignored.

This mod is meant for high level (40+) characters.
Rusty Armor by Lordsoulstrike
Unstable link. Needs new link.
This armor was retextured using the Adamantium Armor. It is in the game, but up to you to find it. It has a slightly lower AR than the regular Adamantium armor.
Rusty Iron Armor
Samurai Dragon Helm by Auslander
Made as a modder's resource, but includes an .esp file to go along with it in case there are gamers who cannot use the TES construction set. This mod is a re-skinned version of everyone's favorite helm, the gondolier's helm. This adds a new black samurai helm with a chain mail screen on the back, and also the calligraphical kanji symbol for "the dragon." A "Samurai Dragon Helm" and a "Samurai Dragon Hat" can be found in the Balmora Guld of Fighters, downstairs in the training room. There are some clipping issues with the mask part of the "Samurai Helm", so it WILL NOT work with all races. (e.g. Orcs, beast races, and some bearded Nords). The "Samurai Hat", however, should work with every race.

Potentially offensive content
Adds two (2) sets of daedric armor to the game. To be more precise, the chemise replaces the cuirass, the boyshorts replace the greaves, and the stocking shoes replace the boots. Also includes a cape and a sash (armored skirt). Not for the modest or prudish. The armor is sold by an Orc merchant in the Daedric shrine Assarnatamat in the gully between Balmora and Ghostgate. Just follow the road to Arkngthand, then go down into the gully, bearing north, instead of crossing the bridge. Assarnatamat is the very first Daedric shrine that you'll come to. The merchant is somewhere in the back of the ground floor level.

Sexy Ice Armor by Cenobite
Requires Better Bodies
Potentially offensive content
This mod adds 2 sets of Ice armor to the game, in a daring cut for females. One set is tame, the other set is not for the prudish. The amount of nudity that the armor suit will show depends on the BB skins being used. The merchant is the trader who runs a shop in Khuul.
Sexy Ordinator Armor 2 by Cenobite

Light armor based on the Dynasty Warriors game series by Koei.
SoulForge Armor by Cid88
Adds a set of armor (no helm) to the game called SoulForge Armor. Forged by powerful smiths, conjurers, and enchanters, only one set was made. Empowered with the souls of numerous beings, the armor was thought to be near Daedric quality; however, the armor dissapeared one day. Now there are rumors that it has ended up in the hands of an Altmer. But where is this Altmer? The Altmer can be found in Addadshashanammu. He's pretty tough; however, he won't attack you on sight. If you talk to him about fighting him, he'll attack you, no matter what you say. Engage him in battle for a your new set of armor, slightly stronger than Daedric heavy armor.
Stalker Armor (with female and beast addon) by Jester

The Brass God by Lochnarus
Requires Tribunal
"The Brass god is dead. The remnants of an Olden society, one of strange technology and mysterious power. I lie beneath the molten chambers of the old city, long since rotted away." Adds a unique set of armor. The armor includes both genders and will automatically switch to the correct gender when you put it on. The differences are not total and do not affect every peice, only the mask, cuirass and pauldrons change depending on gender. Also, there are both bracers and gauntlets available to choose from. The readme contains information on how to obtain the armor. Screenshots.
[http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=3009|The Golden Dragon by Rogue_Shadow and _Damien_
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Author has requested posting of the following: "I, Rogue Shadow, would like to apologize for an oversight of Zyndaar's work on the bow meshes used in The Golden Dragon. I did not acknowledge him in the readme when he most definately deserved it, and he has my sincere apologies for this. I hope this was not taken as offensive, as it was not intended to in the slightest, and I am very sorry it happened." The mod adds a new large island (conflicts with WI) with its own port (travel there from Gnaar Mok). Three new races are added, Scamp, Dwarf, and Cimmerian. There are two forests, one on each side of the island, many new NPCs, 16 sets of armor, 92 new weapons, new dialog, and more. Most of this stuff is sold in a shop named The Golden Dragon. The mod also replaces most furniture textures with better, richer looking textures, and also replaces the gold and soulgem textures. Patch available here.
The Hidden Pathway by StarBoi
All new meshes to expand on the magical and unique weapon and armor selection in Morrowind. Many have particle effects, reflect maps or glow maps to enhance the mystic nature of each weapon. The shop where you can purchase these weapons is just outside Sadrith Mora; there are three buildings, one for elvish weaponry, one for the epic 2.0 weapons and one for StarBoi's own work.
The Lost Armor of Saint Nerevar by Enlightened Daedroth, Soulshade and Aragon
Adds the "Lost Armor of St. Nerevar" to the game. It is a full medium armor, with two helmets (open and closed), and two types of pauldrons (large and small). There is also a light armor, St. Nerevar's Mail, a mace, and a sword. The armor is balanced, so you will have very good armor, but not super armor. You can also bless the cuirass and the mail to make them on par with other unique armors. The mace and sword have relatively high enchantment capacities and are quite powerful, but still balanced. To start the quest to obtain the armor, go to Holamayan Monestery and talk to the monk Daynillo Lleran about "latest rumors." You probably need to be around level 10 to complete the quest. The armor was created by Enlightened Daedroth and Soulshade; Aragon created a small quest to find the armor, added some new textures and items, and balanced the stats.
The Quests for Daedric Dwemer Helmet by Xanathar
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Morrowind main quest must be finished to complete all quests
"A long time ago, before the Disappearance of the Dwemer, one of the dwemeri smiths had created a helmet based on daedric design and method, but he using standard dwemeri metal instead of ebony. The result made the helmet stronger than any other dwemeri helmet. But this technique is considered profane by the dwemeri community, the smith was banished, and the helmet lost with him. - Baladas Demnevanni." This mod contains 4 quests, and is intended for level 35 or higher character. The quests start from the Dwemer Ruin of Bthungthumz. If you are a Telvanni, in one of Telvanni quests, Baladas Demnevanni will ask you to retrieve the ring of Dahrk Mezalf. Although this mod has nothing to do with Great House Telvanni, the story flows better if you are a Telvanni. Near Dahrk Mezalf, under a dwemeri chest, there is a badly damaged note from a some long dead Dwemer, this will lead to the first quest.
The Search for Arcane Guard Armor by MentalElf
Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon
Older, different version
Seven different areas to combat or figure out. A complete suit of custom armor with shield, including female versions of the cuirass and greaves. The armor has scripted magic, enabled only when the complete suit is worn (exception: the shield may simply be carried, it is not required for the shield to be equipped). The suit fortifies speed, strength, fatigue, and provides resists against magicka, paralysis, and desease. These level up with the player every 5 player levels. In addition, the suit can heal fully or restore magicka on the player up to 3 times a day (callled the Three Gifts). This occurs during combat, and is automatic. Opponent numbers and strength based on player level, scaling the combat to your character. However, player level fifteen is a recommended minimum for this mod. Highly compatible mod, adding all new NPCs and dungeon areas. The armor is heavy armor, but in truth the weight of the armor is bunches less than daedric. The armor peices are at the minimum weight to be "heavy". It also has an armor rating less than that of daedric as well, so it's a sort of "daedric lite". I have tried to keep this balanced and not have it be so uber it's a fun killer. Also note that beast races do not have to wear the boots or have the boots on them to "enable" the magic effects of wearing the suit. The shield is special too, it supports a player that uses two handed weapons by allowing the magic to be 'enabled' for wearing the full suit just being in the player's inventory. However, if a different shield is equipped, the armor will "disable" it's magic effects. So the boots are totally not needed for Khajiits or Argonians, and the shield must be equipped or kept in inventory.

Titanium High Ordinator Armor by VagabondAngel
Requires Tribunal
3 full sets of Titanium High Ordinator armor added to the game. Each of these has a Titanium scimitar with it. Titanium is medium armor but with very high AR and enchantment levels and looks like it means business. It isn't stupidly powerful though and shouldn't unbalance the game. Also includes one full set of enchanted Titanium High Ordinator armor. It has its own unique enchantments (constant effect) and an enchanted Titanium Scimitar too. Tthe long flowing skirt from the Hand's Cuirass is replaced with the short kilt from the standard Indoril armor instead, but does include a version of the cuirass with the long skirt.
Titanium Spirit of Indoril Shield by VagabondAngel
Adds a shield and a recolored scimitar to go with it. Also included is a teleport ring for teleporting to any Temple - the ring self-unequips after the first use and, to make it less of a cheat, it uses the PC's magicka like a spell would. Includes a small quest to obtain the shield and scimitar.
Tnilc's Helmets by T'nilc
Adds 13 helmets to the game. Each one is made to go with a certain Morrowind armor and their stats reflect this. The helmets can be found for sale in the Molag Mar Waistworks in Draich's Helm Shop. Draich sells all thirteen helmets. Screenshots are included in file.
Transparent Red Glass Weapons & Shields by Korana

Tsaesci Dragonscale Armor by Maj GHOB

The Tsaesci Dragonscale Armor is one of the rarest sets of armour in existence. It was forged from the scales of black dragons during their destruction in Akavir by an unknown dragon hunter, and the metal Adamantium. Wizard Hats by Daduke
"What makes the mage I ask? Power and knowledge? Those things are important, but a good fashion sense is greatly underestimated. With the simple addition of one my amazing wizard hats that problem can be corrected!" - Dana Darksun, wizard hat vendor." Adds 31 recolored Wizard Hats to game world that can be bought in the following mage guilds: Ald'ruhn, Balmora, Caldera, Vivec. You have to be a member of the mage guild before you can buy one, because it is a symbol of a wizard's status. Some sellers will refuse to sell you hats if your level is too low. Due to the way in which Morrowind works, there is no such thing as a "hat," therefore, wizard hats are actually classified as light armor.
Wooden Shields by Cutthroat Mods
A sequel to CM Battleshields, these shields are for the adventurer in need of something a little better than those offerings usually found for beginning characters. Unlike the heavy, cumbersome battleshields, however, these are light for the more sure-footed character. Arrille sells 13 wooden shields based off the Netch Towershield mesh. They're a bit more expensive than their netch counterpart, but entirely affordable for a new character. Their armor rating of 15 vs. the netch's rating of 5 makes these shields a great early investment.
Ymsidril Armor, Illuminatus Armor and Vagabond Scimitars by VagabondAngel
Includes 9 one handed long scimitars, 1 two handed longer scimitar, 4 defensive shorter scimitars, 2 ornate unique shields, and 2 full sets of armor (Ymsidril and Illuminatus). The armor is currently lying on the crates on the raised platform at the silt strider port in Gnisis with the shield and a few weapons, the other sets are near the temple as are the rest of the weapons.
